Steve is currently writing the second of a series of films called The Free Range Trilogy, which are in development with a Texas production company. His retro science fiction screenplay MECHANICA is also in development with the same production company.

He sold the as-of-yet unproduced screenplay Book Of Dreams, a story set during the 1909 ship voyage to America made by Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung. He was a commissioned finalist in the Steppenwolf Theatre Company Script Search.
